Referrals dogs & cats

Laurence Doddy, one of the owners of the practice, has an additional qualification – the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Veterinary Medicine (CertSAM). Since 1999, he has accepted referrals from other vets in the area of internal medicine.

Examples of cases accepted include animals with undiagnosed coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nasal discharge etc. The practice is well equipped to investigate such disorders with equipment such as 4 different endoscopes, ultrasound, and top-end veterinary laboratory facilities.

To arrange referring a case to us, first discuss with your own veterinary surgeon. If it is agreed that we can be of help, or if you are unclear whether an animal can benefit from referral, your veterinary surgeon can ring 01274 531010 to discuss the case with Mr Doddy.
